Problems:
- No fringes at METSAHOV in both bands. The station was tagged along, observed
in new configuration with a smaller secondary mirror, the station expect that
the telescope sensitivity drop down.
- NYALES20 observed with warm receiver, lots of non-detections in X-band.
Parameterization comments: two clock breaks were added to YARRA12M.
Other comments: None.
